How do I change or cancel my order?

What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover or Electronic Payment. Please contact us to request a credit application if you wish to be setup on terms.

When I will be charged?
Your credit card will be billed at the time you submit your order. All credit card transactions on this site are secure.

Why do we need your shipping and billing address?
For security purposes, we request your billing address as another step in verification. Sometimes addresses are different, and this helps prevent any possible credit card fraud.

When will my order ship?
Your order ships within 7 business days from receipt of order.  Depending on what you have ordered it may be ready sooner (prints, posters, and giclees are much quicker to produce than hand-colored and embellished items).  Large orders may take longer, please contact us for lead times.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipping to your home or business via ground service. If you would like a faster shipping option, please contact our Customer Service Department at 804-213-0600 ext. 626.  Orders will be shipped in tubes or flat boxes.

Can you ship to an international location?
Yes, we ship to locations all around the globe.  Please contact us to discuss international shipping options.
