Orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail, or email. To insure you are shipped the correct prints, please order by both print number and print title. Many of our prints come in various sizes. Please make sure the print number corresponds with the size you desire. Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 7 days; large orders may take longer.

Definitions of Measurements

Sizes within this web site and on our catalog are image sizes and are rounded off to the nearest quater-inch.

Custom Coloring and Sizing

Custom Coloring is available on our hand-painted prints (minimum upcharge $35.00 net; call or email for quantity pricing). We can custom color to match a fabric swatch, wallpaper sample, or mat board colors. Custom sizing is available on some of our prints at an upcharge of $25.00 net. Please call or email for additional information.

Terms and Discounts

Net 30 Terms available to qualified buyers. Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or orders may be shipped COD ($8.50 COD Charge).

Returns

Please do not accept damaged packages. Our prints are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction. Any print may be returned within 30 days of receipt. When returning prints, please include a note stating the reason for return, and specify whether you desire a replacement, credit, or refund. Please package returns carefully. We will not accept returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

Shipping

International Customers

International customers must pay with US funds in advance, with a certified bank check, by wire, or by Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Please email or call for shipping costs.

Domestic Shipping

We ship VIA UPS Ground unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs vary. The range for standard ground is $9.00-$12.00 for 1-5 prints. Please email or call for full shipping explanations and information about 2nd day or next day deliveries.
